The one paid item on OmniApply: the application submission service fee.

Application submission service fee
- What you get
The fee for the Company reviewing your application and documents and forwarding them to the university you apply to. It does not include any application fee or tuition set by the university, and it has no bearing on the admission result.
- When you pay
Once, just before you first submit an application. There is no further payment when you resubmit after the operations team asks for supplements.
- Payment method
Credit or debit card issued overseas. You are charged in the currency shown on the payment screen; exchange rates and overseas transaction fees follow your card issuer’s policy.
- Refunds and withdrawal
Full refund if you cancel before submitting, delete your account, the application is rejected, or the same application is paid twice. No refund when you resubmit after a request for supplements (the same payment is reused) or after the application has been forwarded to the university (the operations team may still refund in an exceptional case). Your right of withdrawal under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce is guaranteed to the extent that Act provides.
