How it works

  1. Build your profile

Enter your education, language scores, budget, and preferred regions — this becomes the basis for your matches.

  2. Get matched with universities

We rank universities and programs by admission odds based on your profile.

  3. Prepare your document vault

Upload documents like your passport and transcripts once, and reuse them for every application.

  4. Submit your application

Pick a program, fill out the application, and submit it with documents mapped straight from your vault.

  5. OmniApply's first screening

OmniApply reviews your submitted application first to check eligibility and documents.

  6. University interview

Once you pass the first screening, the university reviews your application and may schedule an interview.

  7. Admission

See the university's final decision in Applications — we'll notify you if you're admitted.

  8. Visa guidance

After admission, our consulting team guides you through the documents and process for a student (D-2) or language-training (D-4) visa.
