The Korean National Police Agency publishes a multilingual crime-prevention guide for foreign residents, and there is also material aimed specifically at international students. Both are listed in the Learning Centre under the safety track, with links to the official pages. Some regional police agencies also run safety briefings for international students, and universities can request a session for their campus — the Learning Centre card explains how that request works. If something happens, the emergency number is 112 for police and 119 for fire and ambulance; interpretation support is available.
