I have my admission letter. What is usually asked at the D-2 visa interview and what documents should I bring?

The document list and whether an interview is held at all are decided by the embassy or consulate where you apply, so start from their official notice rather than from advice online. What is consistent: bring the standard admission letter issued by the university, your school records with the required legalisation, proof of funds, and your passport. In OmniApply the document checklist for the programme you applied to shows exactly which items that programme requires. Be ready to explain, in your own words, why this university and this major, and what you plan to do after graduating. Consistency between what you say and what your documents show matters more than a rehearsed answer.
