• New 'Dong-eui Global College' Dedicated to International Students (March 2026)

  This is a college dedicated to international students, equipped with a one-stop support system covering academic management, Korean language education, career support, and individualized daily life care. It operates 4 undergraduate departments and 2 graduate tracks.

• 100% First-Semester Tuition Waiver for TOPIK Level 4

  The Admission Excellence Scholarship provides a 100% tuition waiver for the first semester to those with TOPIK Level 4 or above, Social Integration Program Level 4 or above (pre-assessment score of 81 or above), or completion of Sejong Institute Korean Intermediate 2 or above. For English, a 100% waiver is given for TOEFL iBT 81/IELTS 6.5 or above, and a 50% waiver for iBT 76/IELTS 6.0.

• 500,000 KRW Settlement Scholarship for Taking TOPIK Every Semester

  Students who take all TOPIK sessions administered during a given semester and submit their score certificates receive a settlement scholarship of 500,000 KRW per semester (excluding the final regular semester; payment may exceed tuition amount).

• Full Tuition Waiver for Top 2% in Grades

  From the second semester onward, an Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded based on relative evaluation among international students: 100% waiver for top 2%, 90% for top 5%, 80% for top 10%, 50% for top 20%, and 20% for top 50% (conditional on earning 12 or more credits in the previous semester).

• 1,000,000 KRW Special Scholarship for Those from Partner Institutions or the University's Own Language Program

  Students who are admitted through sister universities or partner institutions, or who complete one year or more of the university's own Korean language training program and then advance to a degree program, receive 1,000,000 KRW at the end of their first semester.

• 2,400,000 KRW for Two Semesters of the Regular Korean Language Training Program

  The program operates on a 4-semester-per-year system, with each semester lasting 10 weeks. Morning classes (09:00–10:40, 11:00–12:40) are held 5 days a week. Classes are organized by level test results, and one cultural experience activity is conducted every 2 semesters.

• No Enrollment Cap per Department (Only 25 for the Dedicated Department)

  The 2026 second-round Special Admission for International Students will select students from 66 admission units across 6 colleges. Except for the Global Industry Convergence Department, which is dedicated to international students with a cap of 25, all other departments have no enrollment limit.

• First-Semester Tuition of 3,280,000 KRW for Humanities and Social Sciences

  For the 2026 academic year, undergraduate tuition is 3,284,000 KRW for Humanities and Social Sciences, 3,896,000 KRW for Natural Sciences and Physical Education, and 4,398,000 KRW for Engineering and Arts (based on the first semester of first-year new students), decreasing by 120,000 KRW from the second semester onward. The application fee is 60,000 KRW, and Happy Dormitory costs 1,031,700 KRW per semester (4 months).

Dong-eui University is a private comprehensive university located in Gaya-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City. In March 2026, it will establish 'Dong-eui Global College,' a college dedicated to international students, equipped with a one-stop support system covering academic management, Korean language education, career support, and daily life care. The undergraduate program operates 4 departments—Global Business Administration, Global Hospitality Management, Intelligent Computing, and Automotive Engineering—while the graduate program operates 2 tracks—Global Business and Applied Engineering. The Special Admission for International Students is handled by the International Exchange Team, divided into undergraduate Korean track and English track, and graduate Korean track, Chinese track, and English track, conducted up to the 2nd round each semester. The International Language Education Institute operates a regular Korean language training program with 4 semesters per year, 10 weeks per semester.
