After admission, students take a class placement test (50-minute written test, 10-minute interview) on a designated date and are assigned to a class. For students who have studied for 2 or more terms, class placement is determined based on grades from the previous semester.
Evaluation is conducted across 4 areas—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—calculated as Midterm Exam 30% + Final Exam 30% + Attitude 20% + Attendance 20%; students with less than 70% attendance receive an F. In principle, students are required to reside in the on-campus dormitory for at least 2 semesters after admission.
